VISIT WITH CONFIDENCE
Our number one priority is the safety of our guests and team, we have created an environment where everyone has peace of mind whilst you enjoy your time with us. We’ve upgraded our cleaning supply to meet with the latest recommended standard to kill Coronavirus. Our hygiene processes have all been reviewed with higher frequency cleaning being implemented in high traffic and touch point areas in bedrooms and our public spaces. All of our teams have been trained in our new ways of working.
Here's what we are doing from Monday 19th July:
Whilst face covers are no longer mandated by Government, we have supplied our team with face masks, and they will continue to wear them whilst on shift. Back of house, our kitchen team members have all the equipment they need to delivery your meal in a safe manner.
When you arrive, you’ll find hand sanitizer stations at our entrances, we would appreciate it if you could use it as you enter. Other stations are available for guests to use throughout the venue.
Around our venues
Whilst social distancing guidance and one-way systems are no longer mandated by Government, we asked that you continue to be mindful when moving around our venue.
Please note, we continue to operate a cashless property for the safety of our guests and our staff. We accept all major credit & debit cards.
Dining with us
Whilst it is no longer mandated by Government that a reservation must be made before dining with us, we would still recommend that a reservation be made where possible to avoid any disappointment if we are busy and unable to accommodate your party.
Our online table booking platform is the best way to check availability and book your table.
We no longer need details from everyone within the party, nor are we restricted to the rule of 6 people maximum per booking. Each of our venues differ in size but we will always try our best to accommodate your booking. Full table service will be resumed in our restaurant dining areas.
Drinking with us
Table service is no longer mandated by the Government, and as such full bar service shall resume, and guests will need to order at the bar. We will no longer be offering table service in any of our bar areas.
At peak times you may be asked to queue outside the venue until a table has been made available.
For everyone's safety and peace of mind we have Increased the cleaning frequency of surfaces, door handles and public bathrooms.
If you’re feeling unwell
If you, or someone you are due to visiting with are feeling unwell and suffering with symptoms of Covid-19 you should not attend one of our venues. Please call us to discuss your options.
